We handle credit card payments through Stripe or PayPal. These two services are recognized for their reliability in terms of Internet transactions. The transactions between you and Oh Precious are encrypted (SSL). The banking information you enter during the payment is secured and will never circulate clearly on the Internet. Moreover, no credit card number is accessible or stored by Oh Precious.

Your buy takes place in two or three phases after your processing selection. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, every week. The ordering system consists of the following five steps:

  • Shopping cart: Check the contents of your shopping cart. You can access it by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner. In the cart, you are free to change the quantities.
  • Customer information: Enter your first name, last name, and shipping and billing address
  • Delivery: choose the delivery method you want according to the options proposed.
  • Payment: there are many payment methods available to you. It’s up to you to choose. Check the content of your purchase on the summary: item(s) and optional service(s), delivery mode.
  • Order confirmation: to be sure that your purchase has been registered, you must reach the last step. You can immediately print your order confirmation. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with the summary of your purchase and the link for its follow-up.

If you have a valid promo code, enter it at the checkout stage in the “Promo Code” box in the shopping cart or checkout page. Then click on the button to apply it. If your coupon code does not work, please get in touch with our customer service by e-mail.

When you place an order, and your payment is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

Throughout the delivery of your package, you will receive regular e-mails informing you of the status of your order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking link.

Orders placed before 12 pm are processed the same day.

The average processing time is 24 hours for an order made and validated in the afternoon.

We prepare orders every day of the week. If an item is unavailable, we will prepare your order as soon as we receive it. Delivery times are, on average, between 5 and 14 working days.

If your package is delayed

Even if we do everything possible to ensure that you receive your orders as quickly as possible, an overload of the carrier or an exceptional situation can delay the packages. If you have not yet received your order after the indicated delivery times, do not worry. Our teams are doing their best with our partners to speed things up.

If the order status indicates “delivered”

If you have received a delivery confirmation email and have not received anything, check your mailbox to see if the delivery service has left a delivery notice.

If this is not the case, we invite you to contact us first and to get in touch with your postal office for more information.

You can cancel your order, provided it has not yet been sent. This means within a maximum of 12 hours after placing your order.

Otherwise, you will have to send us back your article to cancel your order and get a refund.
