We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

Then yes, you can demand a return of the product without any problem and receive a refund of the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs (the return shipping costs are not refunded.).

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.

REQUEST A RETURN

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Suppose the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for any reason. In that case, the customer must inform the seller beforehand so that the latter can communicate the instructions related to the product return.

If the customer returns the product to the seller on his initiative, the seller will be able to refuse the package and proceed with the refund.

Here is some information about our return policies :

  • Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Request your Return by emailing support@ohprecious.com with an exact return reason, pictures, or video of the product that supports your sense. Upon approval, you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  • To ensure your refund, please use the trackable mail service. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • Upon receiving your package, we will examine your products and give you a full refund for your original payment method. You will receive a refund receipt to the email address you used when making your original order.

Items that you cannot return:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. You cannot return perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Products purchased with a coupon or discount code.

Situations where only a partial refund is granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return for exchange

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.

REFUNDS

If you use Paypal to make your payment, the refund would be immediate upon receipt of your product.

If you make your payment by credit card, it will take 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund on your credit card statement after receiving your product.

Late or missing refunds

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved – the money leaves our account immediately.

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before they officially post your refund.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at support@ohprecious.com.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know that you returned the item.

We ship all orders within 2-5 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please get in touch with our support team at support@ohprecious.com.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

You can follow the progress of your order directly on our website. You will receive a shipping email containing your order number as soon as your package is shipped. Then, please enter your order number in our tracking system.
Please wait a few hours/days for the tracking data to be updated.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your processed and/or shipped orders. Suppose you cancel your order BEFORE we process and/or send it. In that case, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges estimated to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid reasons :

  • Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example that we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Oh Precious. The buyer should ensure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  • Buyer found items cheaper elsewhere – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
