Easy 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- Returns must be pre-approved via our customer support team
- Items returned without prior approval may be refused

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos of the item if it’s damaged or defective
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the nearest return address and return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are not covered by Oh Precious, unless the item is defective or sent in error
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Oh Precious is not responsible for lost or untracked returns
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel an order that has already been processed or prepared for shipment but not yet shipped, we may retain up to 5% of the total purchase amount to cover transaction and restocking fees.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return upon receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will issue a full refund to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Refund processing time depends on your payment method:
- PayPal: immediate upon approval
- Credit/Debit Card: typically 3–5 business days, depending on your bank

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Health or personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances
- Products purchased with a coupon or discount code
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
We may issue a partial refund if:
- The item is not in original condition
- It is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- It is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase:
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return

Can I get a tracking number?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or email us.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update your address.

Once the order has shipped, we unfortunately can’t change the destination.
I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?
Yes — before it’s processed or shipped.
Once processed, a 5% cancellation fee may apply.
Contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you can return it upon receipt.
Can I return a product if I simply changed my mind?
Absolutely — as long as it’s within 30 days, unused, and in original packaging.
